2. Purpose and Scope

This Legal Notice sets forth the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the Website, as well as the content and services made available therein. Access to or use of the Website implies the user’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Legal Notice.

The Website does not allow for direct electronic contracting or the online purchase of products.

3. Terms and Conditions of Access and Use

Access to the Website is, in general, free of charge, without prejudice to the fact that certain services may be subject to prior registration, contracting, and/or payment of a fee.

The user undertakes to:

5. Intellectual and Industrial Property

Pursuant to the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law (Texto Refundido de la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual) and complementary regulations:

  • All content of the Website (including, by way of illustration but not limitation: texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design, source code, as well as trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs) is owned by the Website owner or third-party licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
  • Images sourced from external image banks are used in accordance with the applicable license terms.
  • The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of exploitation not expressly authorized in writing by the owner is strictly prohibited. 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law and, in particular, by the provisions contained in Código Civil, Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, and Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios, without prejudice to any other applicable regulations.

As a rule, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona. Where the user qualifies as a consumer, the mandatory jurisdictional rules provided under consumer protection regulations shall apply.
